Not a D/s thing, just a bit of an off-color gaffe I made today. I was chatting with a (cute, young) Latina waitress today at a cafe we frequent. She commented that it was too hot out to think straight. I laughed and said ¿Senos fritos? That’s Spanish for “fried brains?”
She looked down at her shirt and said “Um, they’re cooking too, but I think you meant sesos.”
Sesos means “brains”. Senos, it turns out, refers to a different part of the body… I had just asked her if she had fried tits.
What a difference one letter makes…
Fortunately Spanish is one of those languages where “it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it”. We all had a good laugh at my expense. This is obviously not the first time that’s happened, and the only way it could be the last is if I literally died before finishing this sent
